The incumbent will be directly responsible for all the Company’s import/export documentation.
MINIMUM FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED BY THE POSITION:
Relevant Diploma in Supply Chain.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BY THE POSITION:
o OPERATIONAL COMPETENCIES
✓ In-depth understanding of business processes and principles
✓ Understanding of purchasing and logistics principles
✓ Negotiation Skills
✓ Excellent computer skills

✓ Financial and analytical skills
o MINIMUM YEARS EXPERIENCE IN TECHNICAL/OPERATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
✓ At least 2 years of experience in an operational role in an FMCG environment.
✓ Good interpersonal skills
✓ Coordinating and organising ability
✓ Demonstrates/Safeguards’ ethics and integrity
✓ Must be able to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under
pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient is crucial to this role.
